Hey everyone! This post is a bit late. But better late than never, right? I took these pictures Sunday (the 3rd) but I wore a similair outfit (I didn't get pictures!) yesterday. I just swapped out the skirt and took off the jacket. My town does the fireworks on the 3rd (weird right?). So yesterday our tow truck was in the 4th of July parade, that was cool! And we had fun, although the weather was crazy hot! After the parade, we headed to a church families house and hung out for awhile. And that was about it! Super exciting, right?
It's fun to come up with a different red, white and blue outfit every year. I found this striped skirt at a HUGE Goodwill thrift store in Colorado Springs. It was so huge that it became almost too big, and overwhelming! The waistband needs to be taken in on this skirt, but I just saftey pinned it so I could wear it. I didn't have time to take it in. Just call me Miss Organized!
I found the earrings at Claires for $3.50! On sale for 50% off, which rocks!
Okay, so it's so warm inside my house that I'm not sure what else to say! Please forgive any incoherrent sentences, or words for that matter!
I'm wearing: White shirt from Ross, Borrowed blue jean cropped jacket from Vanity, Thrifted Striped skirt, flip flops from Old Navy. Earrings from Claires and necklace from Wal Mart. Belt from ?? Some store in the mall in Colorado Springs.
Love the outfit! Very patriotic!
