What I Wear-Short Dress, Blue Jeans

So, it's December 10-does that even seem possible?! I don't know about any of you, but from my perspective, time is flying by at an exuberantly fast pace! Before we know it, the crazy New Year's Resolutions will be popping out (including things like-"Lose weight without changing my diet or exercising more," "Become perfect by January 3rd," etc.) and then you'll be planning the Summer lawn party! Seriously!

I actually wore this outfit yesterday to church, but didn't have time to post it. It was a bit on the chilly side, so you better enjoy seeing this outfit-my nose almost froze off! LOL! (perhaps a slight exaggeration...) I paired this shirt/short dress with jeans instead of leggings, since it's pretty short. I added the jacket to the dress because the shape wasn't very flattering by itself.

Specifics: Shirt-Thrifted, Tank top-Vanity, Jacket-Herbergers, Jeans-Thrifted, Boots-Gift (EMU brand), Hat-Forever 21, necklace-hand me down.

QUESTION: What's your favorite holiday tradition?

  1. Cuteness! :-) I adore your hat, by the way!

Its so funny... I can't remember the last time I did the whole "resolution" thing at New Years... mostly because I never know what the next year is going to bring! :-)

    Have a blessed day!

  7. Dear Natasha,
I read on Olivia's blog that you have been receiving cruel comments from anonymous blog visitors. I wanted to say that I appreciate your faith in God, and your desire to dress modestly. Please read 1 Corinthians 15:10, and remember that you are created and valued by the One who loves you for who you are, not what others say you are not. Keep strong in Him!

  10. That hat is so colorful!! I just love it and the turtle necklace...

I agree time is flying. I was just saying this to my fiance. Before you know it we will be basking in the gorgeous summer sun again!

My favorite holiday tradition is watching Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer and sipping cocoa by the tree. So much fun!

Here are a few comment guidelines:
This is an open discussion, being so, I'm open to other people's opinions! However, please keep the discussion nice and if you'd like to critique something, please do it tactfully! I.E-instead of "I hate that outfit!" putting, "I think the outfit is a bit miss matched, however I like ___."
Your comments are so appreciated-you rock!
