20th Birthday, Peplum Top And Complaining

I will let you in on a little secret-I'm a complainer! God's convicted me lately on this. It can be easy to pick out the reasons why our lives are less than perfect! I don't have this, so and so has more ______, the list goes on and on! But the truth is, my life's pretty darn good! So the next time I find myself complaining about a circumstance God has placed me in, I'm going to count my blessings. I truly do believe any circumstance has something to be thankful for, even if it's just the fact that you're still breathing air! I take so much for granted, maybe it's time to start realizing that fact.

On the top of my grateful list is being able to fit this shirt! I bought it at forever 21.com early this year and couldn't even button it! So I put it away hoping maybe it would fit later- guess what?!? Oh yeah, I'm wearing it-spoilers! ; ) I'm thankful each day for The THM (www.trimhealthymama.com) way of eating. Not just because I'm smaller, but simply for food freedom!

Speaking of food freedom....
Made this awesome E 1 serving microwave apple crisp-yum!
Recipe is from http://capallequinephotographyandtraining.blogspot.com/ check it out! She has some amazingly tasty recipes on her blog (all THM friendly!)

I also celebrated my 20th birthday earlier this week! Thought I'd share a few photos:

Breakfast, E pancakes, chicken sausage, cottage cheese!

Mom and I

Lunch at wheat montana! Extra pickles of course!!
Dinner was meat loaf, jalapeƱo poppers, and salad.

Mom, dad and I .

Patience made me this awesome German chocolate cake (THM friendly!) and it was to die for!!

Here are a few comment guidelines:
This is an open discussion, being so, I'm open to other people's opinions! However, please keep the discussion nice and if you'd like to critique something, please do it tactfully! I.E-instead of "I hate that outfit!" putting, "I think the outfit is a bit miss matched, however I like ___."
Your comments are so appreciated-you rock!
