Feminine Fashion Week Day-5 "Avonlea Style"

Hey everyone! This is the skirt I made! I'm so proud of myself! I made it without a pattern! I've been watching the Road To Avonlea Series (Canada) and this skirt makes me feel like I've stepped out of my time zone, and back into the early 1900's!

What I Wear-
Burgandy JcPenney Shirt-Borrowed From Patience
Plaid 1900's Style Skirt-Made by me with (without pattern)
Black ballet flats-Payless
Tights-Wal Mart

QUESTION: DO YOU HAVE AN OUTFIT OR A PIECE OF CLOTHING THAT REMINDS YOU OF YOUR FAVORITE MOVIE OR TV SHOW?

  1. I really love the skirt and the shirt together, they match almost exactly! The necklace is really pretty, too.

  5. Ooh, I really like this outfit! Very classy! I like the colors, and your handmade skirt, and your necklace, and your blouse. :)

I just joined your contest, but I'm afraid I can only have one (maybe two) entries.

As for an outfit that reminds me of my favorite movie or show: I don't recall anything specific, but I think my leather jacket that looks sort of futuristic reminds me of Tron.

  7. Thank you for publishing such uplifting, Godly things. I am so glad to see that you are trying to be modest and follow God's word! I am doing a Fashion week as well and I am planning to do more of them later! Mary

Everyone is welcome here and I LOVE hearing from my readers! Thank you so much for taking the time to comment! I will try to get back as soon as possible with you if you ask a question, however if you'd like you may also email me at Atkersonfamily@aol.com

Here are a few comment guidelines:
This is an open discussion, being so, I'm open to other people's opinions! However, please keep the discussion nice and if you'd like to critique something, please do it tactfully! I.E-instead of "I hate that outfit!" putting, "I think the outfit is a bit miss matched, however I like ___."
Your comments are so appreciated-you rock!
