So this is the last of my stored up outfit photos! I forgot to take an outfit photo yesterday, so it might be a few days before I post again. I may spoken too soon about it not snowing very much...over the weekend we had a foot of snow drop! It's been sort of weird year, as the weather is dipping down to -15 some nights! The good news (for me...not you...) it's supposed to warm back up.
On a side note, I'm reading "A Tale Of Two Cities" By Charles Dickens-anyone else read that book? I have to say, I've read some pretty confusing books, but this one tops the charts! I'm about half way through and utterly confused, wondering what the heck it's about! I thought I had the story line pinned about 1/4 of the way through, now...? Not so much! Social injustice, treachery, love story, too many characters to keep track of...?? Aside from the confusion, it is really well written and easy to read! ; )
I'm Wearing: Black jacket-Maurices $10, Blue Lace Dress-JcPenney $14, Leggings-Target $?) Boots-Vanity-$10
Any reading suggestions for my next book?
A Tale of Two Cities is on my list to read this year! I really love Elizabeth Gaskell's book Wives and Daughters. I just finished it again this week. Oh and anything by Kathryn Worth is amazing. Although she only has one book republished and in libraries. You have to buy the rest off of amazon if you want to read them.. xx | natalia
ReplyDeleteI love vintage style!! Have you read the matched trilogy?!
ReplyDeleteI have read A Tale of Two Cities. Not an easy book, but very good once you get through it. I recently read The Count of Monte Cristo, the unabridged version, all 1400 + pages! It was very good but very long and trying at times. I recommend it, but I think the abridged version would be more than acceptable.
ReplyDeleteLOVE this outfit!! Your hair looks beautiful, that color looks great on you, and the moccasins really pull the outfit together!

black and blue are so edgy together! and i LOVE those boots!!! <3
ReplyDeleteabout your question with my bangs-
I think the number one key is to NOT TOUCH them! This is so hard for me, because I am always self conscious of them and want to touch them!!! but touching them just makes them greasy. so that's my number one rule!!
Advice #2 could be to freshen up halfway through the day with a dry shampoo!! That always works for me too :)

Dostoevsky's "The Idiot". A Christlike figure is destroyed by the world around him. Or "Major Barbara" by Bernard Shaw. Central themes of Christian humanism, the Salvation Army, women's suffrage and God's forgiveness of wrongdoers.
