What I Wear- "cool" girls

Ok, the title is a bit cheesy! I don't really know what "cool" in this sense of the word means. But its pretty popular with the kids at my school *GRIN* (I'm Homeschooled)
So I was wondering, do you girls wear skirts or jeans more? Personally, I go through fazes. As of now-even though I'm wearing jeans-I'm in a skirt faze. I used to wear dresses ALL the time! I'm more into skirts right now, just because they're so versatile and cute! Plus, they can be dressed down which is a neccestiy for where I live. I'm hoping to get some more post up today, so check back soon!

Anyways, heres the outfit.

What I'm Wearing:
Pink Zebra shirt-Herbergers
Pink Shrug-Herbergers
Jeans-Wal Mart
Bangle-Gift

What Patience Is Wearing(Sister)
Leather Jacket-Herbergers
Shirt???
Jeans-hand-me-down
As you can see, shes much more camera savvy than me! (OH BROTHER!)

QUESTION: DO YOU WEAR JEANS OR SKIRTS MORE? KNEE LENGTH SKIRTS OR FLOOR LENGTH? BOOT CUT OR SKINNY JEANS?

  1. I most often wear skirts. Length? Knee length in the summer and ankle or floor length in the winter. There is nothing quite like a skirt brushing against your ankles!

For pants I usually like to wear dark jean, khaki, or brown cords, all boot cut. I really want to try out black dress pants soon.

  2. What fun! I see you and your sister have lots of fun together! At least in your pictures. :)

OK, on to your questions. I wear skirts more than jeans. I only wear jeans on the weekend (Saturdays and after church on Sundays) and on vacations. I prefer just-below-the-knee skirts though I also wear long skirts. Boot cut jeans are what look best on me.

  3. Your outfit is cute!

I really love skirts, but I wear jeans more. There's a lot of things I can't do in skirts, so I save them for if I'm going somewhere nice. :)

For skirts, I wear knee length, and for jeans, I wear both! Bootcut looks better with some things and skinnies look better with others.

  4. Skirts for sure, knee length or one inch shorter, longer if I feel it. Almost every body wears jeans booooring. lol but I do wear them occasionally.

  5. Pants.
    I only own a few skirts :(
But I love wearing them with my boots and leggings in the winter, and my sandals in the summer. ^_^
That, and where I live, pants just work better, its kinda hard to haul firewood and ride some serious mountain bike in a skirt ;D
Though both definitely have their uses ;D

  6. I'm wearing pants currently because I'm tired of wearing tights with all my skirts, because of the cold weather. Come summer, though, I'll be in skirts. I love light and gauzy skirts. As for pants, I love bootcut jeans and capri's!

  7. I'm a jeans girl! I love boot cut, wide leg, skinny (not too tight, though), really most any type. With skinny jeans the problem is finding the right shoe that compliments the pants, because the shoe is very visible (I think flats, oxfords, & boots go well with skinny).

  8. I only wear skirts/dresses :P I've never worn pants or shorts... and knee length though I'm beginning to LOVE ankle length jean skirts! I'm homeschooled too so I set the fashion rules for my school :)
