I made the unfortunate mistake of going bare legged yesterday and just about froze to death! It was so nice when we left the house, but it snowed! Ahhh!! My wardrobe is suffering Mr. snowman! Please be considerate of my clothing and stop! I never know how to dress when we leave the house anymore, Summer? Winter? Spring? Bring my coat? Wear sandals? I love Montana, and I just have to keep reminding myself of that. I would die in a big city, simply shrivel up and die if I couldn't see the sky. So suffer I will with the snow, so I can see the beauty all around me.
I embraced the whole "late Spring" thing and wore boots today. We got them at Wal Mart yesterday for $15! So cute! My mom, little sister and I all wear the same shoe size, so we divide the price of an item in 3, so really, the boots for me only cost $5 (weird logic is my constant companion).
I can not believe it's Friday!! Yes! Friday, again! You know how in the movies when they show time flying by they film a calender with the pages flying past, that's how my months been! I can't believe I'm going to be 17 in less than two weeks! 17 seemed like an eternity away. Heck, who am I kidding?! Three years till 20! YUCK! When my eldest sister turned 20, I told her 20 was old as dirt...yep...not it's backfiring on me. Three til dirt.....
I'm wearing- Blue Jean Button Up Shirt As a Shrug Borrowed Wal Mart ($1) Blue Striped Shirt Thrifted Vanity ($3) White Skirt Thrifted ($3) Grey leggings ?? Brown Furry Boots Wal Mart ($15) QUESTION: WHAT ARE YOU MOST THANKFUL FOR TODAY?

ReplyDeleteI just love that you post a close-up look of your braid. It looks cute! I haven't braided my hair since I was a little girl I've forgotten how fresh and fun it looks. Guess I will try braided hairstyle one of these days. :)

Thanks for the comment on my blog! I can't usually layer dresses and skirts well at all, but that time it turned out nice. :)
ReplyDeleteI'm glad some people like the country. I, however, am not a country girl. I love having places to walk to, and places near by to go out to have fun - even if it's just to window shop at the mall or get a treat from Starbucks.
Today, I'm most thankful for the two weeks I got to spend with my big sister. Even if it wasn't nearly long enough for our liking. :(

I'm most thankful for having wonderful friends. <3
ReplyDeleteI'm turning 17 on May 10th. Getting older is kind of scaring me right now. Everything goes so fast.
I used to be scared of being an adult, because I didn't know how adults made friends. XD
First of all, I love the verse you chose for when people are posting comments. Second-your hair!!!! I absolutely love that gorgeous braid! Seriously, Natasha, it's SO pretty!!! Your mom is one skilled braider!! :)
