What I Wear-Resurrection Day Sisters + Link up!

Happy Resurrection Day everyone! Today is a reflection of all Jesus has done, as well as all He will do. I'm so grateful I'm not just going to sit in the ground when I die-aren't you?! Some serious boredom issues would eventually occur...I'm just saying...not to mention the other direction apart from Christ.

This Sunday is also a good excuse to don a pretty outfit! I'm displaying my outfit, as well as both my sisters'! Outfit specifics are below the first photo of every outfit if you're interested as well as various ramblings ..or you could just scroll through the pictures and leave a comment! ; )

{Natasha's Outfit}        

I donned my eShakti dress for Easter, wearing it much the same as I did before, instead wearing my hair down, adding a petticoat for skirt volume and switching shoes! The shoe switch was a bad idea! I've worn the shoes before, however this time around they gave me horrible blisters on the sides of my toes...not too comfortable now. Seriously, I think a guy invented girls' shoes!

What I Wear- Plaid Wool Skirt 1950's Style + Invisible Band Hairstyle And Thoughts On Makeup

 Hey everyone, I decided to take a shower and get some outfit photos posted! I mentioned the shower to explain my hair's stringy appearance! I tried something new with my hair:

All I did was pull two sections back into a ponytail/hairband and pulled the hair hanging down partially through! I like how it came out, and you can't even see the hairband!

Of course you may ask! I'm not going to answer though...just joking! I don't mind, really! : ) My not wearing makeup has nothing to do with Christianity, it's simply a personal preference. My older sister and my mom (on occasion) wear makeup, and I'm allowed to if I like. However, I've never really had a desire to wear makeup. I've been blessed with super dark eye lashes, and you probably wouldn't be able to tell if I did wear mascara. I like my face the way it is, and I don't feel the need to cover, or alter it. I also know many women who wear makeup for awhile and then feel washed out when they aren't wearing it. I don't ever want to feel like my natural face isn't "good enough". My other reason for not wearing makeup is that I feel I would be one of those women who becomes too dependent on makeup, and won't leave the house without it on. So I see nothing wrong in wearing makeup, for some people, just not me! I know lots of people who look beautiful in makeup, but it's entirely their choice whether or not they wear makeup. So to make a long story short, the answer is: I don't want to! : )

What I Wear- First Day Of School/Back To School Outfit

Hey everyone, today was the first day of school for me. Guess what? I forgot everything! Ahhh! I think there is something in the Summer air that erases everything you learned from your brain! Not good! I at least can still get myself dressed! Relatively speaking that is....I know the tights don't go very good! But my legs were cold, and the rest of my tights don't fit! So bear with me as the weather changes. When it starts to snow, I'll be wearing boots again. But its too warm to wear boots, and too cold for flip flops. Hmm...I suppose that's called fall! Weird! Montana usually only has two season, Winter and July and August! : ) Oh well, at least I have plenty of sweaters to wear!

What I Wear-Flower Blues

Hey everyone! Well I had two photographers today! Hopefully they look better! I think the color is much better today. Unfortunately, they still had me as the subject! ; ) I'm working on posing and backgrounds and all that.

The shoes I wore today are a Payless find. They were having their BOGO sale, and I got these shoes for $6.75! A steal! I teased my mom that I payed retail for them ($22.99) she didn't go for it.... : ) Oh well!

I fell in love with these shoes because they're totally 40's/30's yet they don't have a high heel! They're only about an 1" tall! I don't like wearing anything over 1" 1/2 because I don't like to tower over everyone (I'm 5"8) and also, they get really uncomfortable! No gain without pain? I'll stick with my inch heel!

I took your advice, the background is changed to white, I took the photos in as good a light as I could get (its pretty cloudy today) And I took close up photos of my shoes and necklace!

ANY SUGGESTIONS TO MAKE MY BLOG BETTER?
